Six Finance acts strictly as a digital financial aggregator and lead generation platform.

• •The Connector: We bridge the gap between users and verified Partner Institutions (Banks and NBFCs).
• •Not a Lender: We are not a bank, NBFC, or financial institution. We do not provide loans, issue credit cards, or make credit decisions.
• •No Guarantee: All financial products, interest rates, and approvals are at the sole discretion of the Partner Institutions. We do not guarantee that any application submitted through our platform will be successful.

To maintain the integrity of our financial network, users must adhere to the following:

• •Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• •Information Accuracy: You represent that all data provided (income, employment, contact details) is truthful and accurate. Providing fraudulent information is a violation of these Terms and may lead to legal action.
• •Lawful Use: You agree to use the platform only for legitimate financial inquiries and not for any speculative or malicious purposes.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• •Automated Access: Using bots, spiders, or scraping tools to monitor or copy platform content.
• •Security Breaches: Attempting to bypass security protocols or gain unauthorized access to our servers.
• •Misrepresentation: Impersonating any person or entity or misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.

All intellectual property rights on this platform—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, UI/UX design, and software code—are the exclusive property of Six Finance.

Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our content is strictly prohibited and protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Six Finance shall not be liable for:

• •Financial Decisions: Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on the information provided on the platform.
• •Third-Party Disputes: Any conflict, dispute, or disagreement between you and a Partner Institution.
• •Platform Uptime: We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

We reserve the right, without notice and at our sole discretion, to terminate your account or restrict your access to the platform if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in suspicious/fraudulent activity.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, West Bengal, India.

Six Finance reserves the right to update these Terms at any time to reflect changes in the law or our business practices. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
